The core company of Soyak Group has been established in 1961 to deliver construction projects on time and within budget without compromising the quality and prompt project management. In 42 years, Soyak prosper through those basic yet strong notions and become a group of 10 companies working on different sectors from construction to tourism.

Soyak International has been established in 1990 to undertake specifically international projects for multinational clientele. To date, projects on a turnkey bases, including electro-mechanical works, have been successfully executed for Efes Pilsen, Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola, Nestlé, Kraft Foods, Avtofromos-Renault, Philip Morris, Michelin and Continental in Russia and Turkey.

Soyak International is a member of a consortium for the project of Konaktepe Dam and Hydro Electrical Power Plant in Turkey.

Soyak International provides all types of sub- and superstructure constructions including dam, HEPP, tunnel, industrial facilities, housing, office buildings and offers design, planning and logistics and contractor services on turnkey and/or design-built model.

Soyak International has its head office in Istanbul and representation offices in Moscow and Kiev.

Soyak International adapted ISO 9001- 2000 quality management standard in order to provide better services to its multinational clientele.
In 2002 to reinforce its position in construction sector in Russia, Soyak International established a local company, K&Y Construction and Trade Inc. in Russian Federation.

In 2003 Soyak International established another company, “RASEN Development Limited Liability Company” to realize and develop construction projects.

Today, Soyak International, K&Y and RASEN alliance together to widen their coverage area on the market and to work on projects both in Turkey and Russian Federation.
